In stock hair takes 1-2 business days to ship after payment is processed using the standard shipping method.

If the hair is not in stock then the longest shipping time will be 3-7 business days.

Wigs, very long hair and special colors would need 7-14 business days.

We also ship internationally and offer rush services at an additional cost.

12-14 inches: 2 or more bundles required

16-18 inches: 3 or more bundles required

20-24 inches: 4 or more bundles required

26 inches and Longer-5-6 bundles or more required

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit. No exchange or refunds, only store credit or discount.

To be eligible for a discount or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be issued a refund or store credit.

Once your return inquiry is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of next steps. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of discount or instore credit. If you are approved, then your credit or discount will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your FFH account.
